We provide mailing services to send the products through Canada Post.
To save your shipping costs, you can choose to send the products from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Please contact us via email naturalhaircolor@gmail.com, if you have any questions.

*** CANADA POST RATE INCREASED! We will try our best to absorb part of this rate increase for our customers.
- Order less than 5 bags within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post regular mail without tracking number. If you need the product to be shipped by a registered mail, please contact us, we will quote a shipping cost for you.
- Order more than 5 bags (including 5 bags) will be shipped via Canada Post regular parcel services with $100.00 insurance coverage. We will provide the tracking number after the package is shipped.
- Orders over $ 100.00 may be free delivery to the local customers within 15 Km from our location.
- Orders from US and International customers would be shipped by Canada Post, delivery would be within 2 days after receiving payment.
- Handling fee $5.00 may apply. The handling fee could be waived if the order is over $100.00 each time.
- The fuel surcharge, duties and taxes may apply if there is.
- We are not responsible for any damages or lost by Canada Post, check Canada Post websites for details.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- All customers are required to pay C.O.D.
- Customer pick up from our store, only cash is accepted. No bank cards and no credit cards.
- Pay with e-Transfer or by PayPal and your full purchase price is covered, we guarantee no access to your VISA, MASTERCARD or Bank Account information.
Sending an e-Transfer : Step-by Step Instructions:
- Log in to your Online Banking and go to Transfer Money > Send INTERAC e-Transfer.
- If you haven’t already, create a profile with your email address and /or mobile phone number.
- Select a recipient, or add a new recipient by entering my name (Iva Xu), email address (naturalhaircolor@gmail.com).
- Create a security question and answer that only you and me know.
- Add an optional personal message (for security reasons, don’t include the answer to the security questions).
- Select an account from which to make the transfer and enter the amount of the payment.
RETURN POLICY:
- Report any damage within 2 days and quality issue within 7 days
- Return are not acceptable without prior consent
- All returns must be in original state and the refund is only for product cost, not including shipment charge
